Common Questions
Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
We are factory.
What are your payment terms?
1. Mould fee: 100% prepaid T/T.
2. Sample fee: 100% prepaid T/T.
3. Mass production: 10% prepaid, 80% mid-term payment, 10% final payment (after product quality meets the standard)
OEM/ODM
1. Customers provide drawings with 2D/3D files.
2. Customers provide samples and our engineers design drawings.
Sample/Mass Production
1. Customers need to pay the sample fee for customized moulds, and we will fully refund the sample fee when the specified quantity is reached.
2. Usually we will make samples first, check their quality, and after passing the test, we will mass produce according to the samples.
Shipping
1. Customers are responsible for shipping costs
2. Samples and small batch orders: shipped by DHL/UPS/TNT/FedEx, etc.
3. Large quantities (over 300 kg): shipped by sea, air, rail or dedicated line.
How to get a manufacturing quote?
Ya Ji Aluminum provides instant pricing and delivery time for your custom parts. You can get quotes and DFM feedback from our sales team in two ways.
1. Upload one or more 3D CAD files using the “Request a Quote” button
2. Send one or more 3D CAD files directly to [email protected]
In most cases, we will respond with a quote within 24 business hours of receiving the inquiry. If the quote is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Who is responsible for my project?
Each project is equipped with a technical sales manager and a project engineer who will be involved from project start-up to part delivery.
What types of instant quote files do you support?
To get a quote from Ya Ji Aluminum,
① 3D CAD files in STEP, IGES, X_T or STL format are recommended.
② 2D CAD drawings in DWG and PDF format with reference dimensions.
How can I ensure the confidentiality of my design? (Non-disclosure agreement)
We always keep customer information confidential and implement a strict confidentiality policy within the factory. If necessary, we can sign a non-disclosure agreement with customers who require this file.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Ya Ji Aluminum does not have a minimum order quantity requirement, but the average cost will vary with the order volume. Our services can support your various needs from one-off prototypes to medium and large batch production.
Sample/Mass Production
Import tariffs vary greatly from country to country, depending on the type of imported goods and national policies.
How soon can I receive my parts?
Each process is different, depending on the size of the part, the required quantity and the finishing requirements. Extrusion dies can be completed in 3-9 days.

What types of manufacturing processes do you offer?
Aluminum extrusion, CNC machining, surface treatment, welding, stamping, die casting, bending, silk screen, laser engraving.
What are the advantages of choosing extrusion and CNC machining to manufacture aluminum parts?
Our surface treatment options include Anodizing, Powder Coating, Spray Painting, Electroplating, Electrophoresis, Sandblasting, Polishing, Silk Screen, and Laser Engraving.
What tolerances can your CNC machine tools achieve?
Choosing aluminum extrusion and CNC machining can efficiently manufacture complex parts and reduce material waste.

②CNC ensures precision processing and shortens the production cycle.
How long can I expect the finished extrusion die to take?
Ya Ji Aluminum can achieve tolerances as low as +/- 0.2mm″ according to the specifications and requirements of the drawings
Tolerances on aluminum will be held to +/- 0.005″ (+/- 0.127 mm) following ISO 2768 unless otherwise specified.
How long can I expect from the finished extrusion die?
It takes 7-9 days to complete. More complex extrusion dies will take longer.
How long can the extrusion die be stored?
We will keep your extrusion die in our die warehouse for a long time, and regularly inspect and repair it for reuse.

How does Ya Ji Aluminum ensure the quality of my parts?
We take a proactive approach to customer’s quality concerns from the initial communication, providing cost-effective and rationalized advice on designs, materials, production processes, manufacturability, etc.
Once your order is confirmed, we will perform a full Design for Manufacturing (DFM) review to point out any issues that our engineers feel may affect the quality of your parts.
We have the ability to share inspection data with you in real time so we can work together to address any quality issues you may have during production. All incoming materials will meet your design specifications. Final inspection reports before shipment.
