For aluminum extrusion profiles, stable profile quality is an important factor to ensure the success of the project. Quality is our manufacturing criterion.
We support ODM/OEM, provide one-stop aluminum profile production services, have a variety of standard aluminum profile specifications of extrusion dies, and produce your aluminum profiles according to demand with competitive price costs.
Surface finish plays an important role in the performance and appearance of aluminum door profiles. Whether the door is installed indoors or exposed to outdoor environments, the right finish enhances corrosion resistance, improves wear performance, and helps match architectural or branding requirements. We offer a range of surface treatment options suitable for residential, commercial, and industrial door systems.
Creates a protective oxide layer for corrosion resistance and surface hardness.
The charged aluminum profiles are immersed in a coating solution in an electrolytic tank. Through electrophoresis, the coating evenly adheres to the aluminum surface. Electrophoretic coating provides good weather resistance, color stability, and a smooth and uniform coating.
Corrosion resistance of composite film: ≥9.5 level
Paint film cohesive: Zero lever
Paint film hardness: ≥3H
Surface: Matte; flat; high brightness

Applies a uniform colored coating with strong adhesion and impact resistance.
Adds a decorative wood-look finish over powder-coated base.
The most commonly used aluminum alloys for door profiles are 6063-T5 and 6061-T6, selected for their balance of mechanical strength, surface quality, and corrosion resistance, which are essential for long-lasting and stable door systems.
Both alloys are processed according to strict metallurgical standards, ensuring reliable performance in door manufacturing. We follow international specifications such as EN 755, ASTM B221, and GB/T 5237 to meet industry requirements for structural integrity and durability.
We operate a fully integrated manufacturing setup for aluminum door profiles, covering the entire process from raw material casting to surface finishing and final machining. Our factory includes 20 extrusion lines dedicated to architectural aluminum profiles, supported by in-house anodizing, powder coating, sandblasting, and wood grain transfer equipment. This ensures stable production of both standard and customized door sections. To meet specific requirements in strength, appearance, and fit, we also maintain aging furnaces, annealing systems, water cooling units, and a complete range of cutting and machining tools.
We design and produce custom extrusion dies for door profile systems based on detailed drawings or functional requirements. Our mold shop supports fast tooling development, ensuring dimensional accuracy and efficient transition to mass production. Standard mold sizes are also available for commonly used sliding and swing door profiles.
Our factory operates 6 extrusion presses ranging from 600 to 5000 tons. Smaller presses (600T–800T) are used for producing slim and detailed profiles, often found in lightweight door assemblies. Larger presses (4000T–5000T) are reserved for thick-walled or structurally demanding sections such as main frames or reinforced rails. This capacity allows us to handle both precision and strength-based design requirements.
We offer in-house anodizing, electrophoresis, powder coating, sandblasting, and wood grain transfer printing. Profiles can be finished in silver, black, white, bronze, or wood-patterned colors, with surface treatments selected based on installation environment and aesthetic preference. Consistency in film thickness, color tone, and durability is maintained throughout each batch.
To support final door frame assembly, we provide accurate cutting, drilling, slotting, tapping, and CNC machining based on customer specifications. Machined profiles can be delivered ready for hinge installation, lock fitting, or modular assembly—saving time and reducing downstream work for fabricators.
We have one-stop production capabilities, providing services from aluminum extrusion profiles to surface treatment, additional processing and finished door and window assembly.
We support packaging according to your needs, such as outer boxes with your logo, customized profile packaging. If there is no special instructions, we will use our regular packaging.

An aluminium door profile is an extruded aluminum section used to form the structural frame of doors. It includes components such as the main frame, door leaf, rails, sashes, and glass bead strips. These profiles are designed for various opening types like sliding, hinged, folding, and lift & slide doors. The cross-sectional structure is engineered to provide strength, accommodate hardware, and support thermal or acoustic insulation if needed.
The most frequently used alloys are 6063-T5 and 6061-T6.
Aluminium door profiles can be finished using:
The finish not only affects aesthetics but also long-term durability and ease of maintenance.
Aluminium profiles are used across various door types, including:
Each door system requires profiles with specific slot placements, wall thicknesses, and reinforcements depending on size, weight, and hardware integration.
Yes. Custom aluminium door profiles can be designed for specific architectural needs, including non-standard wall thicknesses, thermal break channels, screw ports, or hardware tracks. We support die development based on your CAD drawings or system requirements, and offer tooling services for small or large batches.
Thermal break profiles include a polyamide strip between inner and outer aluminium sections to reduce heat transfer. This improves energy efficiency by minimizing thermal bridging. These profiles are widely used in exterior doors for residential and commercial buildings where insulation is important.
